A villa by the sea on a plot directly adjacent to the seafront promenade. A solid mass, closed off from the surrounding overgrown or built plots and only fully open to the endless view. A simple colour scheme, a simple mass.

A house that communicates confidently with the sea.

A clearly defined building programme and a plot with an obvious orientation. Living room, several bedrooms and master bathroom, covered terrace, access to the garden. Where it is not needed, the house is completely closed in order to open up to the unique views. 

Simple combination of materials. White and local stone. Space to relax in the sun or in the shade of the deep terrace. This is one of the options I created for the client together with ATX Architects
